Service Description

Elim's medical grade alkaline tonic is applied to hard skin/calluses and feet are wrapped in clingfilm to help the tonic penetrate the feet. The tonic breaks down the protein bonds, making it easier to remove the dead skin. Followed by an aloe vera neutraliser to bring the feet back to their regular PH balance and moisture the feet with coconut oil and vitamins A & C. Whilst the callus tonic gets to work, toe nails and cuticles are shaped and buffed. An AHA soothing foot scrub is massaged into the feet which further removes dead skin and helps reduce the signs of aging. Before this is removed a volcanic mud mask is applied, feet are wrapped in towels and both products sit on your feet for 5 minutes. Feet are then soaked in warm water containing Elim spa additive. This product has anti-bacterial, soothing and nourishing properties as well as tea tree and rosemary to boost circulation and ease foot pain. Finally, foot protector, containing vitamins B5, C and E is massaged into the feet which locks in moisture and nourishes feet. Removal of previous enhancements is NOT included, please add removal to the booking or purchase a removal kit for £10.

Cancellation Policy

Deposits All bookings require a deposit, as laid out in the service menu. This will be deducted from the overall price once the service is complete. Cancellations If you cancel your appointment within 48 to 24 hours you will be charged a 50% cancellation fee of services booked. If less than 24 hours notice is provided 100% will be charged. If you have one or more service are booked and you give less than 48 hours notice to cancel one of the services you will be charged 50%, if less than 24 hours notice is provided, you will be charged 100%. If you experience any lifting, chipping or breakages these will be fixed free of charge up until 72 hours after your appointment. After 72 hours you will be charged as per normal repairs. I thank you for your understanding. As a small business it is very difficult to manage without enforcing these policies.
