Service Description

This service should be added if you are a new client who has an existing product on your nail, not applied by me. This service costs £7 per 15 minutes. Generally gel will take 15 minutes, builder and acrylic take much longer but I will need to see your nail to assess how long it will take. Please add removal to your the Manicure service you require. Alternatively, you can purchase a removal pack for £10, which should last for 3 sets.

Cancellation Policy

Deposits All bookings require a deposit, as laid out in the service menu. This will be deducted from the overall price once the service is complete. Cancellations If you cancel your appointment within 48 to 24 hours you will be charged a 50% cancellation fee of services booked. If less than 24 hours notice is provided 100% will be charged. If you have one or more service are booked and you give less than 48 hours notice to cancel one of the services you will be charged 50%, if less than 24 hours notice is provided, you will be charged 100%. If you experience any lifting, chipping or breakages these will be fixed free of charge up until 72 hours after your appointment. After 72 hours you will be charged as per normal repairs. I thank you for your understanding. As a small business it is very difficult to manage without enforcing these policies.
