Service Description

A basic manicure begins the treatment; combi prep using traditional manicure tools and an efile, trim and shaping of nails, buffing of the nail plate and cuticle work. Followed by a refreshing hand scrub and soak and application of either OPI moisture whip cream or aromatherapy wax. Whilst the cream/wax soaks in hands are popped into heated gloves for 10 minutes. This is your chance to relax with your feet up whilst the heat opens your pores and the cream soaks in. Excess cream is then massaged into your hands and cuticle oil applied, leaving you refreshed with beautiful hands and nails! Removal of previous nail enhancements is NOT included. Please therefore add removal to the booking. Alternatively, you can purchase a removal pack for £10.

Cancellation Policy

Deposits All bookings require a deposit, as laid out in the service menu. This will be deducted from the overall price once the service is complete. Cancellations If you cancel your appointment within 48 to 24 hours you will be charged a 50% cancellation fee of services booked. If less than 24 hours notice is provided 100% will be charged. If you have one or more service are booked and you give less than 48 hours notice to cancel one of the services you will be charged 50%, if less than 24 hours notice is provided, you will be charged 100%. If you experience any lifting, chipping or breakages these will be fixed free of charge up until 72 hours after your appointment. After 72 hours you will be charged as per normal repairs. I thank you for your understanding. As a small business it is very difficult to manage without enforcing these policies.
