Service Description

The ultimate in luxury, OPI ProSpa Manicure. A basic manicure begins the process: combi prep using traditional manicure tools and an efile, file shaping of choice and buffing of the nail plate. Bonder is then applied, 2 coats of colour of choice and top coat. Followed by a gentle OPI sugar scrub, softening clay mask and a 10 minute heat treatment. Finished with a luxurious hand massage using OPI whipped cream, cuticle oil and moisture bonding spray. Removal of previous nail enhancements is NOT included. Please therefore add removal to the booking. Alternatively, you can purchase a removal pack for £10. Nail art is chargeable by design, please send pictures for a quote.

Cancellation Policy

Deposits All bookings require a deposit, as laid out in the service menu. This will be deducted from the overall price once the service is complete. Cancellations If you cancel your appointment within 48 to 24 hours you will be charged a 50% cancellation fee of services booked. If less than 24 hours notice is provided 100% will be charged. If you have one or more service are booked and you give less than 48 hours notice to cancel one of the services you will be charged 50%, if less than 24 hours notice is provided, you will be charged 100%. If you experience any lifting, chipping or breakages these will be fixed free of charge up until 72 hours after your appointment. After 72 hours you will be charged as per normal repairs. I thank you for your understanding. As a small business it is very difficult to manage without enforcing these policies.
